Embark on a transformative journey with our Yoga Nidra class, designed to lead you into a profound state of relaxation and inner peace. Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a powerful meditation technique that guides you through the layers of consciousness, offering deep rest and rejuvenation.
In this guided meditation relaxation, restore the body and mind. You will be invited to settle in, get comfortable, and do nothing. Enhance your calm. Lie down for 35 – 45 minutes and let yourself be guided with breath and body awareness techniques.

This class is held outdoors at Fort Hunter Park on the West Lawn area by the Fort Hunter Mansion with an inspirational view of the Susquehanna River. In the event of inclement weather conditions, the class will be moved indoors.
