What to know before you go:
- This will be a seated program with chairs provided - no mats are needed
- The program space is fully accessible to those in a wheelchair.
- The Centennial Barn is an inside venue with full climate control
- Feel free to bring along water or another non-alcoholic beverage
- Ample free parking is available at Fort Hunter Park
- Restroom facilities are available on-site
- Program participants must be 18 years of age or older

About the Instructor:
Cate Kennedy is a Registered Nurse and a Transformational Life Coach. She has come to the understanding, through her own health and wellness journey, that true wellness encompasses not just physical health, but also mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. As a result, she is dedicated to empowering people of all ages on their journey to holistic well-being.
