We can't control the world, but we can control how we choose to focus. This program will teach the basics of meditation and provide meditations for you to practice. The focus will be on techniques to help dissolve anger and irritation. We can choose to live life with a positive and loving heart. Meditation is a generic tool, useful for people of all belief systems, and a way to calm the mind. It helps us have a happy and peaceful mind. Participants should be age 12 and older. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
