Join us for a one-hour course that will go over the basics of meditation and learn some short, simple meditations to practice. These will be meditations you can easily use, whatever your belief system is. Let your new year be better than ever before! Participants should be age 12 and older. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

- Instruction on how to meditate from a qualified teacher
- Guided meditations that are easy for everyone
- Practical advice for creating greater peace and happiness in daily life
What to know before you go:
- This will be a seated program with chairs provided - no mats.
- Feel free to bring along water or another non-alcoholic beverage
- Ample free parking is available at Fort Hunter Park
- Restroom facilities are available on-site
The instructor is Kelsang Chondzin, a Stanford graduate and an American Buddhist nun of 18 years.
