Join Plantscapes By Design at Fort Hunter Park for an evening of planting fun! Participants will create a calming zen succulent garden planter!
The ladies at Plantscapes will provide all the materials and tips/tricks on caring for your arrangement. The workshop includes: rooted succulent, succulent cuttings, soil, sand, marbles, sand stamper, miniature wooden bench, mini zen garden rake, mini succulent glazed ceramic planter pot, sand stamp for mini zen garden, zen garden dish (8"W x 8"L)
You can also feel free to bring along some of your own additional items to personalize your project.
Participants must be at least 10 years of age or older. Anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
What to know before you go:
- All materials will be provided
- Small planter water bottles and fertilizer will be available for purchase but are not required for this project
- Ample free parking is available at Fort Hunter Park
- The program space is fully accessible
- Restroom facilities are available
- Bring some water or your favorite (non-alcoholic) beverage to enjoy during the program
- This program will take place indoors at Fort Hunter Park's Centennial Barn, program room 2.
