Join Plantscapes By Design at Fort Hunter Park for an evening of relaxing planter fun!
Create your very own "Pumsucculent" (Succulent Pumpkin)! We will have a nice variety of pumpkins for you to choose from and we will help you create a succulent arrangement on top! You will use a variety of succulent cuttings, moss and Fall accents! Pumsucculents are adorable FALL decorations, centerpieces or gifts. After pumpkin season is over, create your very own succulent garden with the succulents!
Participants must be at least 10 years of age or older. Anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
What to know before you go:
- All materials will be provided
- Small planter water bottles and fertilizer will be available for purchase but are not required for this project
- Ample free parking is available at Fort Hunter Park
- The program space is fully accessible
- Restroom facilities are available
- Bring some water or your favorite (non-alcoholic) beverage to enjoy during the program
- This program will take place indoors at Fort Hunter Park's Centennial Barn, Room 1
- We will be using glue guns during this workshop
- Advance registration is required. Space is limited.
