Boot Camp: Introduction to Tabata Training - Park Rx

Meet on the "river" side of Fort Hunter Park. This program will take place on the Mansion Lawn overlooking the Susquehanna River.

In the event of inclement weather, the program will be moved indoors to the Centennial Barn Program Room 1.
